If you are not satisfied with your Layla product, returning it is simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return period begins two weeks after delivery to give you time to try out the product. A return fee of $5.99 per pillow will be deducted from your refund.
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@laylasleep.com or 855-358-1676. Make sure to provide your Order number and contact information. We will send you a return shipping label for unopened boxes. For opened box returns, proof of donation within 14 days of request will be required to process a refund.
Please note that Layla Sleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless there is no proof of delivery for 12 business days after initial movement. Layla Sleep is also not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact support@laylasleep.com or 855-358-1676 as quickly as possible. However, please note that corrections are not guaranteed.
